By initiating a request for purchase, return, refund, or exchange of Product(s), you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. At Vantra Lighting System, our goal is to provide outstanding architectural and decorative lighting solutions.
🎥 Mandatory Unpacking Video
It is mandatory to shoot a video of the product at the time of unpacking to ensure authenticity:
Capture the tax invoice and the time stamp in the video.
Show the serial number and outside label information clearly at the beginning.
Claims for damage or defects without a supporting unboxing video may not be entertained.
1. Returns
Return of any Product is subject to the following conditions:
Restocking Fee: A 15% re-stocking fee on the invoiced MRP will apply for "change of mind" returns if the product is in fit condition.
Courier Charges: The customer bears the cost of return shipping. If our team confirms the product is wrong, damaged, or defective, Vantra Lighting System will reimburse these charges.
Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags, barcodes, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
Timeline: Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be returned within 3 days.
2. Exchange
Notification: You must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery.
Price Difference: Incremental costs for higher-value exchanges must be paid before dispatch. For lower-value exchanges, a Credit Note (valid 180 days) or refund will be issued at company discretion.
Verification: Replacement products are dispatched within 3–15 days after the original item passes quality inspection.
3. Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Modifications (for equal or higher value) are allowed within 24 hours, provided the order hasn't shipped.
Approved cancellations before shipping will incur a 15% restocking fee.
4. Refunds
Refunds are initiated only at the discretion of Vantra Lighting System (e.g., out-of-stock items).
Processed via the original payment channel within 5 to 7 days. No cash refunds.
